• Prepare the necessary exchange documents to accomplish the exchange.
• Eliminate the risk of constructive receipt for the Exchangor.
• Coordinate closing with escrow companies, RealtorsTM, and tax and/or legal advisors.
• Review all closing documents with regard to the tax deferred exchange.
• Assist in the identification process of the Replacement Property.
• Disburse and manage exchange funds.
• Insure the security of exchange funds through FDIC and Qualified Escrow Accounts.
• Errors and Omission insurance.
• Provide final documents and full summary and final accounting.
