  • Prepare exchange documents in a timely manner that simplify the process and clearly establish the exchange.
  • Eliminate the risk of constructive receipt, thereby protecting the tax deferred status of the exchange.
  • Coordinate closings with escrow companies, realtors, attorneys and tax advisors.
  • Review all closing documents with regard to the exchange.
  • Assist with identification of Replacement Property.
  • Provide written and/or phone reminders of 45th and 180th day deadlines.
  • Insure the security of exchange funds through FDIC qualified escrow accounts.
  • Errors and Omission insurance.
  • Prepare exchange documents/instructions and provide to escrow for proper preparation of closing documents for the disposition and acquisition of exchange properties.
