I started my career in the Title, Escrow and 1031 industry in 1987, focusing primarily on 1031 tax deferred exchanges since 1994. Over the years I have experienced a wide range of transactions and have facilitated all types of exchanges, including Delayed, Reverse, Improvement, and Personal Property transactions nationwide.
In addition to holding the designation of CES (Certified Exchange Specialist), I also serve on the CES council. I am a member of FEA (Federation of Exchange Accommodators), NAR (National Association of Realtors), OAR (Oregon Association of Realtors), SAR (Salem Association of Realtors), and teach 1031 classes.
